Visiting the website

The corporate pages, brand information and Insights articles are public. You do not need an account to view them. No analytics, marketing or third-party advertising tracker is active in the current application. Hosting and security layers may create technical access records; their scope depends on the deployed infrastructure.

Contact enquiries

The form requires full name, company and email; phone, topic and message are optional. It also sends language and source-page address. The server adds a request reference and receipt time. The enquiry is routed by topic to Mercan's general, sales or support mailbox through Microsoft Graph / Microsoft 365. Your email is used as the reply address. This is not a marketing subscription.

Abuse prevention

The IP address from the trusted ingress may be converted into a digest for short-term rate limiting. Attempt count and expiry may be processed in PostgreSQL or a configured external limiting service. Handled errors may record a component, error code and request reference.

Sign-in and browser storage

The cookie-consent-v1 localStorage entry remembers dismissal of the storage notice; it is not an HTTP cookie. If authentication is configured and sign-in is used, first-party mercan_oidc and mercan_session cookies may be used. Ordinary public browsing does not create these sign-in cookies.
